This is our absolute favorite thing here at the Torres household!
We use it for scalp treatments, burns, scrapes, cuts, dry patches and more!

Maybe you’re saying, “What’s the big deal about this oil anyway?”

Well, probably because it has a blend of 13+ Natural Plant and Essential Oils rich in omega fatty acids, antioxidants, and nutrients highly compatible with the skin and hair.

And the plant and oils are just the best of the best!

I want to share the oils and plants that are in this powerful blend. 

1. Limnanthes Alba (Meadowfoam) Seed Oil:

Meadowfoam seed oil acts as an emollient when applied to your hair or skin. Emollients are substances that create a protective seal over your skin to lock in moisture. When applied topically, emollients smooth out your skin and help keep it soft and supple. Meadowfoam seed oil has several traits that may make it a good choice to include in your skin care routine. It contains more than 98 percent long-chain fatty acids that give it one of the highest stabilities of any vegetable oil and a long shelf life — without losing its effectiveness. Plus, meadowfoam oil doesn’t leave a greasy feeling when applied to your skin like some other emollients do.

2. Crambe Abyssinica Seed Oil:

High in omega fatty acids, Crambe Abyssinica is high in emollients that conditions (moisturize) the skin. Promotes skin softness, plumpness, and is naturally anti-aging. Naturally anti-inflammatory, Crambe Abyssinica is excellent for soothing and calming red, irritated and sensitive skin.

3. Camellia Oleifera Seed Oil:

Japanese Camellia oil is a rich source of Palmitic and Omega-6 Linoleic fatty acids, as well as numerous anti-aging polyphenol antioxidants. It is non-greasy and an excellent all-around moisturizer for the skin as well as for hair. Camellia oil is an excellent emollient for keeping skin and hair moist and supple. Provides antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial effects on the skin.

4. Solanum Lycopersicum (Tomato) Seed Oil:

It is full in antioxidants like beta-carotene and lycopene, flavonoids, amino acids, vitamin E, lecithin, phytosterols, and minerals like copper, iron and manganese. This means that it penetrates into the skin and supports its structure. It is really highly nourishing and emollient!

It offers a mild natural UV protection and it has the ability to repair sun damaged skin.  It absorbs quickly and deeply into the skin layers, together with all the above mentioned nutrients, to nourish and condition the cells, without leaving it greasy.

5. Daucus Carota Sativa (Carrot) Seed Oil:

When used in hair, Carrot Seed Oil is known to deeply condition the scalp and hair to repair split ends and contribute soothing relief from dehydration and irritation, such as itchiness caused by harmful bacteria, fungus, and dandruff. In the same way that it tones the skin it also works as a tonic for the strands.

6. Citrus Limon (Lemon) Peel Oil:

That wonderful scent in this amazing bottle is thanks to this powerful oil. 

The benefits of this oil It is absorbent anti-fungal, astringent, conditioning, fragrant and helps decrease hyperpigmentation. Lemon oil has two properties of interest if you have acne-prone skin: astringent, antimicrobial properties. 

Together, these can potentially reduce inflammation and the bacteria that causes inflammatory acne. Astringents are also known for getting rid of dead skin cells that clog pores. That’s why our oil works so well for acne prone skin.

7. Citrus Aurantifolia (Lime) Oil:

One of the many cleansing antioxidants and constituents in this oil is Limonene. Limonene helps the body absorb nutrients efficiently, giving your skin the ability to perform at its very best. When applied externally, Lime Essential Oil can clear acne while helping to promote cell turnover in the process. These qualities can also help reduce cellulite, wrinkles, and scars. The antiseptic characteristics of Lime Essential Oil have been known to effectively help cure sores and clear irritating rashes.

8. Citrus Aurantium Bergamia (Bergamot) Fruit Oil:

Bergamot Oil is rich in antioxidants and antimicrobials that help shield the hair and scalp against the damaging effects of oxidative stress. The antioxidants also strip off the dirt and chemicals that are causing the hair to dry out, revealing healthier, shiny hair.

All those nasty chemicals from hair care products can build up on the scalp, clogging pores and irritating the scalp. This results in various scalp issues like acne and eczema. The antimicrobial properties of Bergamot are effective in getting rid of the buildup because they inhibit the growth of bacteria before they cause a full-blown infection.

9. Adansonia Digitata Oil:

Benefits for the skin

This enriching oil nourishes and improves skin elasticity and soothes dry skin. Baobab oil contains moisturizing Vitamins A, D, E and F, which help to rejuvenate damaged skin cells. Also rich in omega fatty acids, baobab oil does anti-aging wonders for skin by fighting free radicals. Baobab oil treats damaged and dry and itchy skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis due to omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids. It is an emollient that provides hydration but at the same time doesn’t clog pores. It quickly absorbs into the skin without making the skin feel greasy, making it beneficial for all skin types, even oily skin.

10. Mauritia Flexuosa Fruit Oil:

This oil soothes dry and damaged hair and can be used in oil blends or as a hot oil treatment. The essential fatty acids in this treasured oil are excellent at maintaining elasticity and firmness in skin while producing collagen and elastin, which provide moisture for the scalp. The high presence of beta-carotenes in buriti fruit oil is helpful in healthy hair growth and the oleic acid is great for adding a natural sheen to hair.

Those same essential fatty acids are great for maintaining elasticity and revitalizing dry skin and hair. The smoothing nature of this oil makes it a good choice for fighting frizz.

11. Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil:

Coconut oil is known to reduce protein loss remarkably. Here is how the Cocos Nucifera oil helps in baldness and hair growth:

It is high in lauric acid, when the oil is applied to the hair, it penetrates the hair shaft due to its low molecular weight.

It then Cools the scalp. Retains moisture due to its anti-evaporating nature.

12. Gardenia Tahitensis Flower Extract:

The union of Tiare (Gardenia Tahitensis) with highly refined Tahitian coconut oil produces aromatic oil that penetrates and hydrates the hair and skin. It seals the surface of the scalp, hair cuticle and skin, preventing dryness. It is renowned for protecting the skin and hair against salt water and sun damage. The oil is hypoallergenic, moisturizing and nourishing. The Tiare extract has excellent rejuvenating and conditioning benefits for the scalp and hair cuticle. Minor scalp irritations and itchy scalp is alleviated.

13. Moringa Oleifera Seed Oil:

Moringa oil has a seemingly endless list of benefits for hair because of it’s high nutrient content

Moringa oil strengthens your hair, Moisturizes scalp, Fights split ends, Promotes hair growth, and Moringa oil even helps hair retain its color

14. Caryocar Brasiliense Fruit Oil:

One of the most significant aspects of Caryocar Brasiliense fruit oil is that it has anti-inflammatory properties. Whether you eat it or use it topically, it should reduce swelling. Therefore, it’s excellent for your scalp. With some inflammatory skin conditions that can affect your scalp, such as seborrheic dermatitis and psoriasis, this oil is a promising treatment.
